Our Return Policy

All returns of new and unused merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in.
Email us at support@julieandjoy.com and let us know the reason for the return or exchange and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a Return Authorization number and further instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Julie and Joy reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements.
Merchandise returned to Julie and Joy will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get the product back to us. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

 
Returning Defective Items
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us at support@julieandjoy.com with images or a description of the defect or damage as soon as possible.
We will replace a defective item if replacement materials are in stock and available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
